1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cadence ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
You must provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at our sole discretion

All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law
We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings

5. Data and API Usage

Price Data: All pricing data is provided for informational purposes only. We aggregate data from multiple sources but cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness.

API Access: Enterprise customers with API access must:

Respect rate limits as defined in their plan
Not share API credentials with third parties
Attribute Cadence as the data source when displaying our data
Not cache data beyond the permitted timeframes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cadence and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Card Images: Pokémon card images and related trademarks are property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and their respective owners. We use these images under fair use for informational purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CADENCE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. Termination
